Sherry Cub – Food Connections Cocktail Special @ Pata Negra

If you’ve ever been intrigued by Sherry but not felt quite ready to take the plunge 100% then our next Sherry Club, hosted as part of Bristol’s Food Connections Festival, is the perfect way to break yourself in gently to one of Spain’s finest exports!

Hosted in partnership with Enotria & Coe, suppliers of some of the world’s finest Sherries, we’ll be celebrating their full range by mixing them into a host of mouthwatering cocktails, pairing them with some delicious Spanish food, and giving you an interesting and interactive insight into just what makes Sherry one of our very favourite drinks.

The experts at Enotria & Coe and Great Western Wines will be on hand to impart their unrivalled Sherry knowledge, and our bar team will be talking you through each cocktail in detail, as they make it!

The evening will begin with three mini cocktails, paired with some mouthwatering Spanish canapes, designed specially to match each drink by our head chef. We’ll then move on to three expertly crafted full sized cocktails, featuring three of Enotira & Coe’s most famous Sherries; Fino, Amontillado and PX.

As well as plenty of fabulous food and drink our team will be there to give you a fascinating insight into the history of Sherry, what it is and how it’s made and much, much more.

This special event will be the perfect opportunity for existing Sherry fans to experience one of Spain’s best exports in a totally different way, and will also be an excellent chance for those who haven’t yet discovered Sherry to find out what makes it so very special.

Tickets: £17.5+bf and include three mini cocktails and food pairing plus three full sized Sherry based cocktails and  a guided tasting
